like your place.

Thoughtful newsletters for the people who know your property, love your brand, or are just discovering it.

We turn your approved updates, ideas and photographs into clear, considered communication—so your next issue has a voice, a purpose, and a reason to be read.

For hospitality businesses, residential communities and agency teams.

SELECTED CONCEPT WORK

Different stories.
The same attention.

Two original hospitality newsletter concepts. Real, permissioned imagery, considered writing, and room for the reader to linger.

The Courtyard coastal newsletter cover with an illuminated beachfront palapa

01 / THE COASTAL EDITION

A journal of coastal living.

An editorial welcome for a residential and hospitality audience: time by the water, an unhurried afternoon, and a considered arrival.

The Courtyard Ocean Edition cover featuring a mother whale and her calf

02 / THE OCEAN EDITION

A little closer to the sea.

A mother and calf in the blue. A shoreline morning. A poolside retreat. Motion and words bring a guest-focused edition to life.

Portfolio concepts, not commissioned client publications. Photography and video supplied by Jamie and used with permission. No campaign performance or booking results are claimed.

THE OCEAN EDITION / A MOMENT ON THE WATER

MORE THAN AN UPDATE

Give them a reason
to stop and read.

The right opening can make a familiar place feel new. We shape the sequence—from the subject line to the final action—around what you want your reader to notice, understand, or do next.

Motion is optional and separately scoped. Email animation, still fallbacks and playback need testing in your sending platform and intended inboxes.

YOUR POINT OF CONTACT

Jamie

MarMac Studio

Experience behind the words.

My background spans hospitality, branded residential operations and owner communications, including Director of Residential Operations at Flora Farms. Before that, I owned Excellence Community Management, where we managed more than 33,000 homes across Nevada and Southern California.

I understand that a newsletter has work behind it: gathering updates, explaining details clearly, coordinating approvals and following through. That practical perspective shapes how we approach each brief.

Our process uses AI-assisted research and drafting, with editorial review and source checks. We follow your policy for confidential material and confirm essential facts with you.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

What can you help us communicate?

Hospitality and lifestyle newsletters, residential owner updates, business announcements, and agency overflow editorial work. We work from your approved brief and sources, and flag anything requiring specialist advice or additional scope.

Do you build and send the email?

The listed packages cover writing and editorial production. A designed email build or platform implementation is agreed and priced separately after checking your platform, access and requirements. Sending, list administration, subscriber growth and reporting are not included automatically.

What do we need to provide?

A clear brief, intended audience, approved facts and sources, two voice examples, any permissioned imagery, and one person who can approve the work. We confirm the delivery date after reviewing complete inputs.

How do revisions work?

One consolidated revision round per issue is included when requested within seven calendar days of draft delivery. New articles, changed objectives, additional source research or a substantially changed brief are quoted separately.

How do we pay?

We confirm your written scope and delivery date first. Direct clients then receive a secure payment link when their order is ready. Clients who find us through Upwork keep communication and payment on Upwork. Please do not email card or bank details.

Can you guarantee more bookings or engagement?

No. We commit to the agreed editorial deliverables. Engagement and sales also depend on your audience, offer, distribution, timing and other factors.
