A clear agreement
before we begin.
These service notes describe our standard editorial packages. Your written quote or project agreement confirms the particular scope, price, delivery schedule and payment arrangements before work begins.
Editorial packages
The $100 trial covers one 250–400 word newsletter from approved inputs, subject line, preview text, two related social drafts, image suggestions, source notes and one consolidated revision round. The $200 trial covers two such issues; the $400 monthly package covers four. Designed layouts, platform setup, sending, list administration, motion work, interviews, extensive original research and performance reporting are separately agreed.
Editing and document formatting
Editing, rewriting, owner or guest messages and document formatting are quoted individually after reviewing the brief or file. Your quote states word or page count, deliverables, revision allowance, delivery date and price. Formatting preserves wording and figures unless editing is separately agreed; editable DOCX and PDF delivery are stated in the quote. No flat-rate purchase includes unlimited pages or rewriting.
Your brief and approvals
You provide accurate approved facts, source material, brand examples and permission to use supplied media. One named approver provides consolidated feedback. We flag missing information; we do not invent facts, dates, service availability or claims. You approve the content before publication.
Timing and revisions
We agree a delivery date after reviewing complete inputs and confirming payment arrangements. One consolidated revision round per issue is included when requested within seven calendar days of draft delivery. New content or a substantially changed brief requires a revised quote.
Payment and ongoing work
Prices are stated in USD. Any applicable taxes or other charges must be shown in the written agreement or checkout before payment. An enquiry does not charge you or activate a subscription. Monthly services, renewal dates and cancellation arrangements require written agreement before recurring billing begins. Upwork-origin work is contracted and paid through Upwork.
Digital delivery
We deliver the agreed files electronically through the agreed email or project channel. There are no physical shipments. Delivery timing starts from the complete approved inputs and agreed payment arrangements, as stated in your quote.
Changes or cancellation
Email [email protected] promptly to request cancellation or a refund. Cancellation before work begins receives a full refund. Once work has begun, any refund reflects the portion not performed under the agreed scope; completed, usable deliverables remain payable. If we cannot provide an agreed deliverable, we offer a revised arrangement or refund for the undelivered portion. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these service notes. For monthly work, email before your next billing date to stop the next renewal; cancellation ends future billing rather than erasing work already delivered. Your written agreement confirms the billing date and any more favorable project-specific terms.
Portfolio and outcomes
The Courtyard editions are original portfolio concepts, not commissioned client campaigns or current booking offers. We do not guarantee engagement, bookings, rankings or revenue. Client work is not published as a case study without permission.
Our working method
