Privacy
This website introduces MarMac Studio’s editorial services and portfolio concepts. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Submitting that form does not send or store your enquiry on this website.
MarMac Studio is a service of MarMac Living LLC. This notice describes our handling of information for the Studio website and direct-client services.
Information you choose to share
If you email MarMac, your contact details, brief and correspondence are used to respond, agree work and provide the requested service. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, sensitive owner records or confidential client files in an initial enquiry.
Payments and external services
When available for a confirmed order, direct-client payment links open a payment provider’s hosted checkout, governed by Stripe’s privacy terms. This website does not collect or store card details. Upwork-origin clients use Upwork for communication and payment.
Website delivery
The site’s hosting provider may process technical connection information to deliver and secure the website. The website does not add advertising trackers or an email-subscription tracker. Its headings may request fonts from Google Fonts; that service receives the technical information necessary to deliver those files.
Use, service providers and retention
Information may include your name, email, business details, project files, correspondence and order records. We use it to respond, deliver agreed work, administer payments and maintain necessary business records. Email, hosting, file-handling and payment providers process information needed for those functions. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Confidential files and any proposed AI processing require agreed handling instructions before sharing. We keep information for the service relationship and applicable recordkeeping requirements, and remove or de-identify it when no longer needed.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring websites, device types, and page performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors and does not collect enquiry form contents. We use aggregate reports to improve this website.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, referral sources, page engagement, and selected interaction events. It may store analytics cookies. We request that advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals remain disabled. We do not send enquiry message contents to Google. Page URLs sent through our configuration exclude query strings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can decline optional analytics or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.
Optional interaction analytics
If you select Allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling, page interactions, and masked session replays. Clarity may use cookies and related technology. We use these reports to improve our website and enquiry experience. Clarity is not loaded before your choice, and you can decline or withdraw through Analytics preferences in the footer. We request that Clarity deny advertising storage, mask page text, and mask form fields. Microsoft processes usage data under its Privacy Statement. Aggregate Cloudflare analytics operates separately.
Tracking and changes
We do not install advertising pixels. Optional Google Analytics and Clarity measurement are not loaded when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Browser Do Not Track signals do not otherwise change the site’s behavior. External services operate under their own policies. We post changes to this notice here and update the date above.
